Beginning in May 2004, twelve leading firms of the food and beverage sector at the Spanish market founded Calidabaltic. The main goal of the company is to introduce the Spanish cuisine in the Baltic States and a part of the promotion will be our gourmet shops.

Calidabaltic has been founded by the following Spanish companies: Grupo Pastas Gallo Freixenet Grupo Sos Cuétara Lacasa Vichy Catalán Embutidos Morte Gonzalez Byass Helios Nutrexpa Panrico Bernardo Alfageme Grupo Leche Pascual These are the leading companies in the food and beverage sector at the Spanish market, with an overall turnover of around 4.000 MM€. Some of the typical Calidabaltic products are for example Cola-cao cocoa powder for breakfast, pasta Gallo, Freixenet wines and cavas, Tio Pepe sherry, milk and desserts by Pascual and olive oil by Carbonell.
